Cesar Chavez, Santa Monica College student, downtown resident and Bus Riders Union member speaks on why he is fighting for the BRU's Clean Air and Economic Justice Plan.

"I am on the bus for 4 to 5 hours every day, sometimes I am late to school. I dont think it should be that way, and it is not just me, it is a lot of people in Los Angeles."
