Kevin Alexander Gray is a writer, political commentator, and community organizer based in South Carolina. He works on issues of racial justice, police violence, the drug war, union organizing, workers' rights, and third world solidarity. He is the author of Waiting for Lightening: The Fundamentals of Black Politics, and The Decline of Black Politics: From Malcolm X to Barack Obama.
