Proposition 1B gives billions for expansion of ports and highways and gives a green light to private industry to continue environmental racism in fenceline communities around ports and industrial zones. Prop 1B is a boondoggle to private industry that strains the state's ability to pay for schools, health care and other vital services in the future.
