The tar sands in Alberta, Canada are in a region the size of Florida,
where virgin forests, huge quantities of fresh water, and the health of
local indigenous communities are all sacrificed to feed oil addiction
in the United States. Tammy Bang Luu talks with Clayton Thomas-Mueller
of the Indigenous Envrionmental Network about what is called "the most
destructive project on the planet."
