On June 25th, 2010 educational justice and civil/human rights organizations and advocates came together during the US Social Forum to discuss tactics and strategy to end the school-to-prison pipeline, a national crisis that has swept up our Black and Brown students and pushed them out of school and closer to the criminal legal system. In our "Organizing to End the School-to-Prison Pipeline" People's Movement Assembly we produced a resolution that reflects our unity and commitment to building a national movement.
