Zoe Rawson

Legal Advocate, Fight for the Soul of the Cities. Recruited into the Community Rights Campaign in 2009, Zoe helps to lead the Strategy Center's legal and policy strategies and provides legal support to students and families hit with school-based tickets and arrests. Zoe started out as a Bus Riders Union member when she relocated to LA in 2008 from New York City, where she had been a working for many years as a social worker with urban youth and then a public interest lawyer working on racial justice issues. Masters in Social Work from Portland State University and JD degree from CUNY Queens.
